Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boodle!

 

We strive to provide high-quality products at affordable prices. As a small business sourcing our items internationally, our return and exchange policies may not be the most flexible until we scale and are able to establish our own fulfillment center.

 

With that, we are committed to the best shopping experience possible with a fantastic customer service team. Please do not hesitate in reaching out to us directly via boodlecompany@gmail.com with any questions before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding and support!

 

Shipping

  • All orders placed will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed to ship within the following 2 working business days.

  • We ship to residential and business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs/ FPOs, or Freight Forwarding Facilities. 

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 150 USD.

Returns

  • Return eligibility:

    • You may return any products purchased on boodle-company.com within 14 days of order fulfillment date, only if it is due to a manufacturing defect.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and they must be returned in original packaging.

  • Non-eligible returns:

    • We do not accept returns for a change of mind or any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

    • We do not accept returns for items not purchased on boodle-company.com. If you purchased a Boodle product from anywhere other than boodle-company.com, please reference the return policy of the retailer you purchased it from.

  • Return process for manufacturing defects:

    • For manufacturing defects, please send a picture and description of the issue to boodlecompany@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide your name, order number, and delivery address.

    • Once approved, we will supply a pre-paid shipping label. Please ship your order back to us within 5 business days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label. Returns shipped outside of this window will no longer be accepted as a return or eligible for exchange services.

Processing refunds:

  • Returns are validated and processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment only for manufacturing defects.

  • Boodle is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise through the return or exchange process.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Policy:

    • We offer one exchange per order for a size or color change of the same item.

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@boodle-company.com to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

    • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

    • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
